How long can an order be returned?

Items ordered from SCOOTY24 can be returned within 1 year (conditions and restrictions applied).

How do I return an item purchased from SCOOTY24?

To return a product, please contact us by e-mail (return@scooty24.eu), indicating your order reference and the name of the person to whom the order was made.

We will send a courier or/and issue a return label for another way of shipment.

Also, if you have not yet received the goods, you may refuse to receive it from the courier.

The money will be returned after receiving the returned item in the same way as the original payment.

What items are non-returnable?

Products made to order are non-returnable (i.e. custom stunt scooters), as well as products that have been modified and adapted to the needs of the customer.

In any case, the returned goods must be new and unused. The package is unspoilt and complete. The product can be tested, for example in the case of a complete scooter - the test of the scooter consists in its visual assessment, for example, for matching the color to the desired one or checking its properties, but on the floor at home so that the wheels remain without signs of use and the deck is clean and without scratches. If the product does not fit, it must be packed back in its original packaging, in its original form.

In case of return of spare parts, they must not be installed and used.

If the product turned out to be defective, such cases are considered in the order of warranty service. Read more about warranty HERE.

In case of returning the goods in an improper form, we reserve the right to return the goods back or refund not the full cost of the goods, such cases will be discussed with the client separately.

Shipping cost refund

Although the standard goods purchased at SCOOTY24 are eligible for a return within 365 days, shipping costs will be refunded if the order is canceled within 14 days according to the legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of distance sales . Also If your order consisted of multiple items and you return only part of your order, you will not be refunded for shipping costs. In this case, you must bear the shipping and return costs yourself.

The consumer bears the transport costs for sending the return to us. We have organized this in the most optimal way and the return will cost, depending on the weight, starting from 4.90EUR.

Order exchange

Item replacement is also available. In this case, after you send the product you want to exchange to us, we will send you a replacement with free shipping. Sending the goods to us can be arranged as with a regular return procedure. Also, when replacing a product, the same requirements apply to it as when regular return.
