Warranty Terms

All products have a factory warranty. Depending on the manufacturer, the warranty can be up to 3 years.

The warranty period is usually indicated on the page of the specific product. If this information is not available, you can request from us separately.

In addition to the guarantee, individuals in the European Union have the right to submit claims within 24 months from the date of receipt of the order.

In case of problems with the product, you can contact the manufacturer's service center, if there is one in your city. If not, please contact us by sending an email with order details to rma@scooty24.ee and our technicians will help you with a solution or we will arrange delivery of the device to the official service.

It must be borne in mind that not all elements have the same warranty period, since, for example, wheels naturally wear out quickly. Also under the warranty repair does not include goods that have been subjected to excessive physical exertion.
