Racy Lite V3 is an updated version of the fork featuring an improved design and increased reliability.
For the new version, we revised the heat-treatment process, selected a more ductile material and reinforced the steerer tube in the highest-stress area, where breakage could previously occur.
The fork is fully machined on high-precision CNC machines from a single solid billet of 7075-T651 aluminium alloy. This manufacturing process ensures excellent precision, strength and consistent quality in every component.
The fork features an electroplated finish. Compared with powder coating, it offers better resistance to scratches and mechanical damage, helping the product maintain its appearance for longer.
